How to: Align text in all cells in a table.
Solution:
Select the table and select 'Paragraph...' from the 'Format' menu. Click 'Indents and Spacing' tab. Select the alignment.
1) Single-click anywhere in the desired table.
2) Select the 'Table' menu and select 'Select Table'. (The entire table in which the pointer was positioned is highlighted.)
3) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Paragraph...'. (The 'Paragraph' dialog box appears.)
4) Click 'Indents and Spacing' tab.
5) Select the desired alignment from the 'Alignment' drop-down list box (in the bottom right corner of the 'Paragraph' dialog box).
6) Click 'OK'.
